Ingredients

0.2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
2 tbsp Garlic powder
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 tsp Knoor Chicken flavor Bullion granuals (by SSFEWKES)
2 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
1 tsp Cumin seed
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
32 oz Pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw (by SHERILG)
1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic
1 tbsp worstershire sauce (by FOURMULA)
1 fl oz White Wine
Tips
You can also make this in your slow cooker. It is delicious and very low cal! Substitute for low fat or fat free cream of chicken if desired.
Directions
Mix the dry seasonings and rub it on your whole pork loin.
Saute in your pressure cooker. Make sure to sear all sides.
In a bowl, mix the soup, water, vinegar, wine, flour and Worcestershire sauce - set aside.
Once seared, remove the loin and set aside
Add the onions to the cooker and cook until tender and start to brown
Add the sauce mix
Add the seared pork loin
Cover and place the setting on Meat for 1 hour
After the hour, relieve the pressure and carve the pork
let it sit in the sauce for 10 minutes.
You can use PAM or other 0 calorie spray to keep it from sticking.
Optional: Garlic Cloves and Rosemary compliment this dish very well. You can also add potatoes or other veggies to make it a casserole (added calories).
