    1/2 yellow summer squash, sliced
    1 small or 1/2 med zucchini squash, sliced
    1/2 bell peppers, sliced
    1/2 onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    spices, parmesan cheese


Heat olive oil in skillet. Add all vegetables and saute about 10 min until crisp tender. Sprinkle with spices and parmesan cheese. Serves 1-2.
