Ingredients
-
2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
4 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g
1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
2.5 cup Silk Protein & Nutmilk (almond & cashew milk + pea protein)
3 tbsp Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup
Directions
Place the oats, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and cocoa powder in a large bowl and stir until combined.
Add the Silk 2g Sugar Protein & Nutmilk Almond Cashewmilk & Pea Protein and maple syrup to the oat mixture and stir until combined.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
Serve with toasted coconut flakes, pecans, and mini chocolate chips if desired. (not included in nutritional information)
Enjoy!
RECIPE NOTES:
These oats were on a little on the thicker side so add more of the nutmilk to thin them out if desired.
You can use another type of milk if you wish - I used unsweetened almond milk to make mine since I could not find the Silk Protein Nutmilk at our local store.
