Introduction

A quick & easy pasta salad that the whole family will love. A quick & easy pasta salad that the whole family will love.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    12 oz. uncooked shell pasta
    1 1/2 c. imitation crabmeat
    1 c. broccoli florets
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped

    Dressing:
    1/2 c. light mayonnaise
    1/4 c. fat free italian salad dressing
    1/4 c. parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Toss with veggies and crabmeat.
Mix dressing ingredients, pour over salad and toss to coat. Chill for a couple of hours to blend flavors. Serve.
Makes 8 servings.
