    4 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
    3 cube (6 fl oz prepared) Beef bouillon
    5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    2 clove Garlic
    .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    3 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can
    3 tsp Onion powder
    4 tsp Garlic powder
    2 tsp Pepper, black
    2 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 tbsp Chili powder
    2 tsp Thyme, fresh


you can shorten cooking time by adding tomato sauce instead that is already made. forgot to tell you to drain the canned kidney beans.


Take whole tomatoes and boil in large pan of water for about ten minutes. You'll notice the skin peeling you want to remove that after they've cooled a little.

Put tomatoes in a big pan with about 3 cups of water.
Boil tomatoes for about 1/2 hour and add three bouillon cubes.
Then add garlic, carrots, peppers and spices. boil on a low setting for about 2 hours with lid on so water doesn't evaporate easily. Remember you're making your own homemade tomato sauce!!

After the vegetables are soft add raw ground beef and beans. let cook on a low setting for about a half hour until the meat is cooked.

Then you may eat.
