    1.0 tsp Cumin seed
    0.5 tsp Garlic powder
    0.66 cup Cider Vinegar
    0.25 cup Olive Oil
    0.75 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1.0 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    1.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    50.0 Grams Green Chili Peppers, canned
    0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2.0 cup Beans, black
    0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
    2.0 Grams Corn Starch
    2.0 cup Bush's Chili Beans
    0.75 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    4.0 oz Onion, sweet, raw
    100.0 grams Cilantro, raw

Directions

Dressing: Shake water and corn starch add to small sauce pan with vinegar, sugar, olive oil and spices. Bring to boil. Cool. Meanwhile chop veggies and add other ingredients to a plastic container. Add cooled dressing and refrigerate all day or overnight. Drain excess liquid before serving. Serving Size: 1/2 cup
