Introduction

Quick and easy, this salad is a great as a filling low calorie lunch dish. Quick and easy, this salad is a great as a filling low calorie lunch dish.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can tuna chunks in water
    1 can sweet corn
    1 cup carrot (grated or diced)
    1 cup diced cucumber (with or without peel)
    1 cup red ripe tomatoes chopped
    2 tbsp Kraft Done Right Ranch Salad Dressing

Directions

Place diced cucumber, carrots and tomato into a bowl and combine gently with a wodden spoon.
Open corn and drain liquid from the can. The place remaining contents in salad bowl .
Do the same with the tuna then mix with wooden spoon.
Finally put in the salad dressing and mix gently.

Makes 2 servings, just right for you and a friend!
