    227 grams Tofu, soft
    1 fl oz Lemon Juice
    .25 cup Parsley
    15 grams Cilantro, raw
    2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 clove Garlic
    .25 tsp Salt
    .25 tsp Pepper, black

Directions
