    1 can of corn
    1 can of mixed peas & carrots
    1 can of mushroom
    1 can of tomato soup
    1 can of heinz zoodles
    1 onion
    1 pk of ground beef


cook ground beef till brown. add sliced onion to beef to soften. then add all of canned items. let simmer on low-med for 5-10 min and then enjoy.

**can be served by it self or with a slice of toast**

Helpfull hint--I wash the cans out with alittle bit of water and then add that to the golaush. do not use to much water or it will be too runny.
