    1-2 large egg whites
    1 cup ground oats
    .75 cup nonfat milk (unsweetened almond breeze)
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    3 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp ground cinnamon


Preheat griddle on medium heat.
Beat egg whites in large measuring cup (4 to 8 cup size). Add in all other ingredients and beat until combined.
Pour batter on griddle in 4"-circles. Turn when edges are dry and bubble appear on top of pancake.
Extra pancakes can be refrigerated using Press N Seal and reheated on 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave.
Makes 12 4" pancakes.
