These brownies are made with whole wheat flour and no dairy products. These brownies are made with whole wheat flour and no dairy products.
Number of Servings: 16


    Hodgson's Mill Whole Wheat Insta Bake (1 Cup)

    Granulated Sugar (1 Cup)
    Unsweetened Cocoa (1/3 Cup)

    Unsweetened Applesauce (1 Tbls)

    MoriNu Silken Tofu, Firm, Lite (1/2 pckg) = (1/2 Cup "whizzed")

    Vanilla (1 tsp)

    Soy Milk (3 Tbls)


Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Add the applesauce and cut in until the mixture is crumbly. Then add the "whizzed tofu" (about 1/2 cup) and mix. The mixture with get thick.

Then add the soy milk and the vanilla. Mix until it is about Brownie Consistency.

Spray a pan with cooking oil, put the brownies in the pan and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
