Introduction

This recipe has no wheat flour in it, but I don't feel deprived because they are just as good with sugar free syryp on it. This recipe has no wheat flour in it, but I don't feel deprived because they are just as good with sugar free syryp on it.

Ingredients

    1 banana, mashed
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp Brown Rice Flour
    1 tsp Olive Oil (give or take accordingly)

Directions

Mash Banana, add beaten egg and mix well add flour and beat again. Heat oil in skillet on stove. I don't have a non stick so i have to use a little extra oil... and fry as you would regular pancakes.
Serve with syrup. Makes 3 pancakes for 1 Serving.

I've tried this with flour and without - they stay together with the flour a little more, but they are just as good without it - albeit not real pretty.
