Introduction

I enjoy calzone, but don't want the dough, so I prepare just the 'inners', bake in an 8" pan, and enjoy with a tomato, cucumber, and onion salad. I enjoy calzone, but don't want the dough, so I prepare just the 'inners', bake in an 8" pan, and enjoy with a tomato, cucumber, and onion salad.

Ingredients

    15 oz Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk
    1 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
    2 large Egg white, fresh
    3 tbsp Cheese, grated, pecorino romano (by KAGEE2)
    2 serving Dietz & Watson - Lean Ham 2oz.=1 (by HOPEFULONE7)

Directions

Dice the 4 oz of ham and add to all the ingredients in a medium size bowl. Mix well.

Bake in a 8" square pan sprayed with Pam for 50-60 minutes.
