Ingredients

    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    1.5 tsp Thyme, ground
    1.0 tbsp Basil
    4.0 portion, amount of dry mix to make 8 fl oz prepared Beef bouillon
    4.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    4.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2.0 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    3.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 can Canned Tomatoes
    1.0 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    0.5 cup Tomato Paste
    20.0 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
    4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.5 cup Bush's, Black Beans
    1.0 cup Zuccini Squash
    1.0 serving Italian seasoning

Directions

Cook beef drain. Add remainder of ingredients except zuccini, beans and corn. Simmer well 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add zuccini, beans, and corn and more pepper as desired. Cook until zuchini is done. If you like spicy add a dash off crushed reed pepper flakes. Serving Size: 12
