2 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg
0.125 cup bread crumbs Great value (by TINKERBELLMOM31)
2.5 tsp McCormick Old Bay Seasoning (by KATANMOL)
1 serving (Great Value) 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray (by MS_MAYZEE)
Directions
Open and drain a large 14.75oz can of wild pink salmon, the place salmon in a mixing bowl and flake with a fork and crush bones with fingertips.
Add 2 eggs and 5 TBSP of bread crumbs and 2.5 tsp of Old Bay seasoning and mix well with fork. Shape 12 small patties and place on foil lined baking sheet sprayed with a cooking spray, or place the 12 patties into the bottom of baking oil sprayed cupcake/muffin pans and press to shape to bottom and flatten out.
Bake at 375F in oven for around 15 minutes until lightly golden on top.
Serving Size: Makes 12 2 inch patties
