9.4 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast

Directions
Sautee onions and pepper in olive oil
till tender . cook cubed chicken breast then add cauliflower with has been riced . cook
for 5 min add all the ingredients cook until blended the put into baking dish. shredded cheese in top and bake at 375 for 30 min cover with foil. when done spoon off excess liquid . your ready to eat
