Ingredients

    2 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped
    0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    1 cup Green Beans (snap)
    2 plum tomato Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    4 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream
    .5 tsp Paprika
    2 tbsp Parsley
    7 oz Miracle Noodle-Shirataki Pasta (by MICHYBOO22)
    4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    .25 cup Butter, unsalted
    2 serving Bacon (Farmer John) 1 slice
    6 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast

Tips

Use smoked paprika for best flavor


Directions

In a large skillet cook the bacon for a few minutes. Add the butter and chicken. Brown the chicken on all sides then add vegetable and stir fry 1-2 minutes. If needed add 2 TB of water; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Test green beans for tenderness. Move food to the edges and add cream; whisk in paprika and then stir coat the chicken and vegetables. As the cream heats add the cheese to melt. Turn off heat and stir in parsley. Allow it to set while you rinse the shirataki noodles. Heat the noodles by immersing in boiling water for 30 seconds. Drain noodles. Serve topped with Lo Carb O’Nara.
