    1.0 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
    2.0 cup, halves Pecans


Mix 1 tsp each sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, set aside. Heat sugar to a medium skillet over medium heat until it begins to melt. Stir in pecans with a rubber spatula until sugar is completely melted and nuts are coated. Spread out on a sheet of parchment and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Cool and break apart.
