Number of Servings: 8


    1 cup Smashed banana
    1 cup Splenda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp salt
    5 ex large eggs
    1.5 cups carb quick flour


Grease an 8x4 Loaf pan well, and preheat oven to 300
In a medium bowl beat banana, splenda, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then the flour half at a time.
You may need to add a little water if needed it needs to be a pourable batter.
Pour into pan and bake for 50 minutes or until cake pulls away from pan and toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before serving.
