This is a great breakfast and healthy too! This is a great breakfast and healthy too!

    One fresh apple, peeled and sliced
    1 cup Quaker Instant Oatmeal, prepared with water
    2 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    4 tsp Splenda
    1/4 tsp Cinnamin


In a microwavable bowl mix the sliced apple , cinnamin and Splenda together. Place in microwave for 2 min., stir and place in for another minute. Pack the Splenda Brown sugar blend on the bottom of a bowl. Pour in the prepared oatmeal, place the cooked apples on top and enjoy. You can also put milk , butter, and or syrup on for extra flavor but mind you this will be more calories, fat ect.
