Ingredients

    4 serving * Barilla Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    16 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
    1 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1)
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    0.5 tsp Pepper, black
    2 tbsp Basil

Tips

The tomatoes as prepared are good on their own or in a salad.

If you serve the pasta with a good sized salad, this could be 4 servings (And less calories over all)


Directions

Cut tomatoes in halves or quarters (Depending on size). Add oil, salt, pepper, and basil. Let sit.

Bring water to a boil and cook pasta according to directions. Strain pasta.

Add tomatoes and the juices that the salt has created to the pot, cook on med-high heat fo ra few minutes. Toss in pasta and butter until butter melts.

Serve with some cheese if desired.

If serving with a salad, this recipe could be 4 servings.
