Number of Servings: 6


    *Nopales, cooked, 1 Jar (24 oz)
    *365 Organic Diced Tomatoes, 1 can (24 oz)
    * Tomato Sauce, 1 can (8oz)
    * Beans, black, 1 can (12 oz)
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields
    * Onions, raw, 1/2 cup
    * Garlic, 6 cloves
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Jalapeno, 1 pepper
    crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
    garlic powder (to taste)
    onion powder (to taste)
    chili powder (to taste)
    cumin powder (to taste)


saute onions and garlic until translucent. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add corn, black beans, nopales. Add spices to taste. Cook for approximately 30 minutes. Garnish with Cilantro serve with tortillas or rice.

Makes approximately 6 1 cup servings.
For lower sodium use fresh produce.
My mom puts hamburger in it.
