    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Parsley, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    *Flour, white, .13 cup (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    Corriander, 1tsp
    salt & pepper to taste


Mash everything together or pluse in processor. Form into balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake falafel balls at 400 for 20 mins turning halfway through. Broil for 2 mins per side until golden brown. Serve 3-4 balls inside half a pita and top with diced tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, lettuce & tahini. Serves 8
