Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Muir Glen Organic Tomato Paste (by SUN_CLAY)
    1 oz Bel Gioioso Fresh Mozzerella all-natural cheese
    .25 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk
    1 serving Stella Fontinella Cheese (1 oz. svg) (by NIBOR55)
    1 dash Salt
    .25 tsp Parsley, dried
    .25 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 serving Hormel Pepperoni (15 Pepperoni)

Directions

Lay pepperoni on bottom of foil, add ricotta, tomato paste (sauce would be fine here also), garlic salt, your choice of Italian herbs, top with fresh mozzarella and your choice of other Italian cheeses. Place on grill to your desired level of doneness (I wanted my pepperoni's really crispy and my cheeses really melty).
