Ingredients

    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 cup Baby Spinach - Fresh Express (bagged)
    .25 serving Red Bell Pepper, Fresh, Sweet, Raw (Large [3-3/4"+ L, 3" + Dia], or 164 grams) (by MISTERTOAD)
    2 serving Frigo Cheese heads String Cheese 100% natural string cheese
    .5 tsp Fennel seed
    .5 tbsp Basil
    1 tsp Onion powder
    0.25 tsp Celery Salt (by STACYCAIN20)
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    .5 tbsp Butter, unsalted

Directions

Chop baby spinach and mince red pepper. Cut each string cheese in have lengthwise, then slice into half moon pieces. Stir into ground turkey, along with the fennel seed, basil. onion powder, celery salt, salt, pepper (black or white). Note that the fennel seed, basil, onion powder, celery salt, salt and pepper should be added "according to taste" and that will affect the sodium of the final recipe. Form into five burgers. Heat pan. Add olive oil and butter. When oil and butter are hot, Add burgers. Cook evenly on each side to an internal temp of 165 degrees.
