    3.0 cup Great Value Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered
    1.0 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
    4.0 oz Almonds - Sliced - Fisher Naturals - 1 Tablespoon

Directions

Blend Oatmeal and Almonds or use a coffee grinder Then mix all 3 ingredients in a large mason jar or a gallon bag. Put 1/2 cup of powder in blender with 1 1/2 cup of milk of your choice. Blend well and let sit for 5 minutes so it can thicken. And a cup frozen fruit of your choice. You can sweeten it if you choose to.
