    1 pound ground beef, 93% lean
    1 16oz jar of salsa, Pace mild and chunky
    1 11oz can of yellow sweet corn
    1 8oz can Hunt's tomato sauce
    1 tsp chili powder

    1 cup bisquick
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup Colby Jack shredded cheese


Brown ground beef and add salsa, tomato sauce, and corn. Add 1 tsp chili powder if desired.

Mix together 1 cup bisquick and water. Drop by tspfull over the meat mixture.

Heat to boiling and then reduce. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Cover and cook for another 8 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.

Makes 6 servings -- unsure the size, but they are large!
