Dill Cucumber Salad Dill Cucumber Salad
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)
    1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    8 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    1 tsp Dill weed, dried
    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    2 tbsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Pepper, white
    4 tsp Salt

Tips

Notes: I use sea salt but regular salt works as well.
I like balsamic vinegar, but you can use red wine or regular vinegar as well.


Directions

Slice cucumbers very thin. Put into a large salad bowl. Cover with water. Cut up the tomato into bite size pieces and chop the onion, put them in the salad bowl with the cucumber. Add all other ingredients and stir gently. Put in the refrigerator at least an hour before serving
