    2 Mangoes, peeled, pitted & sliced into long strips
    1 Red Pepper, seeded and sliced
    1/2c. red onion, sliced thin

    2T. rice wine vinegar
    1T. soy sauce
    1T. fish sauce

    1oz. peanuts, chopped fine


combine vinegar, soy sauce & fish sauce. Add mangoes, peppers & onions. Toss to combine. Chill until serving time.

Add chopped peanuts at the last minute.
