    1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.5 tbsp Butter, salted
    45 grams Bobís Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    .5 tsp Baking Powder
    .125 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO)
    .125 tsp Onion powder

Tips

Salt and onion powder are to taste. Substitute for seasoning of your choice.


Directions

Melt butter and mix with egg into large ramekin. Combine dry ingredients and stir into liquids. Microwave for 90 seconds. Let cool, slice in half, and toast.
