Ingredients

    2 c flour
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 c sugar
    1/4 c softened butter
    1/2 c egg beaters
    1 1/2 c mashed banana (about 3 bananas)
    1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 cup choco chips
    cooking spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, baking soda, fibersure, and salt, set aside.
Cream together butter and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add banana, yogurt, and vanilla; beat until well blended. Add flour mixture; beat until moist. Fold in chips. Pour mixture into muffin tins coated with cooking spray. bake for 30 minute or until golden. Cool 10 min, remove from tins. Cool completely.
