    1 c water
    1/2 c butter
    1 c flour
    1 c better n' eggs

    2 oz semi sweet chocolate
    2 Tbsp butter
    2 Tbsp 1% milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 c powdered sugar

    8 oz Cool Whip Free
    2 pkgs instant pudding
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 c 1% milk, very cold


Bring water and butter to boil. When butter is all melted, stir in flour all at once. When mixed, add eggs 1 at a time. Spoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min for individual eclairs, or 40-50 min for ring. Cool on rack when done baking.

Mix pudding, milk, and vanilla. Fold in cool whip. Set in refrig until crust is cool.

Once cool, cut individual eclairs or ring in half. Fill with filling and replace top. Drizzle frosting on top.
