    1 med/lg avocado
    1 sm red onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp lemon juice


Cut avocado in half: remove seed and skin. Place in small bowl and mash with fork until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate.
