    1 c. white flour
    1/2 c. wheat flour
    1/4. c. flaxseed meal
    1/4 c. oatbran
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 tsp sugar
    1/4 c. applesauce
    1.5 TB semi-melted butter

    5 egg whites
    1/4 c. egg beaters
    1/4 c. pace picante sauce
    Approx. 14 oz. pork sausage
    1/2 c. shredded cheese


Mix the ingredients for the crust together. Form a dough, and spread out on a (greased) baking sheet or pizza pan. Bake in a 400* oven for about 12 minutes. Remove from oven.

For the topping: Crumble sausage into skillet, cook til done. (You can add onions and garlic...adds to the flavor, if your kids will eat it.) Take sausage out, set in bowl with paper towel to drain off excess grease.

In a bowl, add the eggs and picante sauce. Beat. Cook in same skillet you cooked the sausage in. When eggs are done, add sausage back into it. (Another good addition, if those you're cooking for can handle it, is to add red pepper flakes to the topping....yummy!) Mix well, then add to crust. Top with remaining 1/2 c. cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
