    1/2 c orange juice
    1/4 c lemon juice
    1/4 c packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp grated orange peel
    1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
    1 cinnamon stick
    2 cups fresh or drained canned pineapple chunks
    1 c seedless red grapes
    2 med bananas, sliced
    2 med oranges, sectioned
    1 med grapefruit, sectioned
    1 pint strawberries, sliced
    2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced


In a medium saucepan, combine the first six ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely. Meanwhile, layer fruit in a glass serving bowl. Remove cinnamon stick from the sauce; pour over fruit. Cover and chill for several hours.
