    1/2 T active dry yeast
    3/4 c warm water
    1 3/4 c flour
    1/2 T olive oil
    Pinch of salt
    1/4 c Contadina pizza squeeze
    1 c Kraft pizza cheese
    2 servings Hormel turkey pepperoni
    1 slice Oscar Meyer canadian style bacon


Dissolve yeast in water. Sift flour and form into mound; pour yeast , olive oil, and salt into center of mound. Draw together ingredients with spatula. Hand mix to form a dough, and knead until dough no longer sticks to hands. Place in greased bowl for 1 1/2-2 hrs and cover with towel. Place in warm area and allow to proof til doubled in size. Punch down to remove air bubbles. Roll out to form crust. Spread sauce over crust. Bake at 450 for 25-30 min.
Add cheese pepperoni and bacon 10 min before removing from oven. Slice and enjoy.

*I use a 13 inch square pizza stone which yeilds 16 square pcs
