    5 potatoes
    4 oz velveeta
    3 pc bacon
    1 lb Ground beef
    oil for frying

    3 c flour
    1 tbsp sugar
    2 tbsp oil
    1 tsp salt
    1 c warm water (110 degrees)
    1 pkg yeast


For dough: Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Mix in oil and warm water. Cut dough into individual rounds. Place 1 spoonful of filling in center of each round. Fold over, pinching closed.

Filling: Cook and mash potatoes, cook and crumble bacon, cook and crumble beef. Mix all together with cheese.

Place oil in shallow pan, fry until golden.
