    2.5 cup macaroni
    2 cup beef broth
    1 pound beef tenderloin
    1/2 cup onion
    1/2 cup green or red peppers
    1 cup mushroom
    1/2 cup celery
    2.5 tsp brown sugar
    1 tbs molasses
    2 tbs soy sauce or to taste


Cook the noodle in the beef broth with adding a little bit af water if necesary, do not strain

while waiting cook your meat and vegetables

Add it to your noddle, mix well,

Add brown sugar , molasses, salt and pepper, and soy sauce to taste. Keep warm and serve.
