Ingredients

    3 BoneLess SkinLess Chicken Breasts
    1.5 cups Garden Fresh Salsa, Jack's Special Medium
    1 can Goya Black Beans
    1 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    1 cup Brown Rice, long grain
    Garlic powder
    Minced onion
    Dried Chives
    Cumin
    Cayenne Pepper
    Crushed red peppers
    Smoked chipotle tabasco sauce

Directions

Put rice, black beans and spices to taste into a slow cooker with 3 cups of water.
Place chicken breasts on rice and beans and top with salsa. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
