    1/2 lb ground turkey
    1/4 c white rice
    4 green bell peppers (cut in half lengthwise)
    8 oz tomato sauce
    4 tsp worchestershire sauce
    seasonings to taste


Preheat oven to 350.
Make rice per instructions on box. Brown turkey. Remove seeds, and wash pepper halves. Mix turkey, rice, 1/2 of the tomato sauce, worchestershire sauce, and seasonings. Equally distribute mixture among peppers. Pour remaining sauce over peppers. Bake 1 hr or until peppers are tender.
