    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    12 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (Dry Roasted Ground Peanuts)
    16 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
    1 serving Stevia Extract Liquid - Natural Vanilla Flavor - serving size - 4 drops(.12mL) (by EWEINHISPASTURE)
    1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened


They melt very quickly! Keep them in the fridge!!

the original recipe was only about 174 cal. not sure what the difference is aside from having to choose whatever was in the system. On the website it also says carbs are 6.

for the Tablespoon ingredients, I had to use the conversation from cups to tablespoons because that was all that was available. it is 3/4 cup of all natural peanut butter (I used freshly ground peanuts only) and 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut. Counts will vary based on the actual ingredients you use so if you use different ones be aware that your counts will be different.


Melt butter in microwave.
Stir in peanut butter and cocoa powder
Add sweetener and coconut. Mix well.
Spoon onto sheet pan.
Freeze for 5-10 minutes.

Store in the refrigerator, bagged.

Serving Size:2 small cookies- makes 18 small cookies
