Ingredients

    8.0 serving(s) pork, boneless center cut loin roast
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    4.0 serving(s) mother''s maid unsweetened apple sauce
    2.5 serving(s) chef''s cupboard cream of mushroom condensed soup
    2.0 serving(s) chef''s cupboard beef bouillon cube
    2.0 tbsp Canola Oil
    0.25 cup Corn Starch
    8.0 medium Carrots, raw
    1 c. Beef broth

Directions

1)Brown all sides of roast in canola oil, season with salt and pepper. Pull out roast when browned and drain on paper towels 2)add cream of mushroom, Apple sauce and bouillon cubes to crockpot 3)cut onion into large chunks and sautee in remaining oil. Scoop onion out and d 4)add place on paper towles 5) add 1T.corn starch to oil stir until it becomes a paster. gradually whisk in 1c. Beef broth, heat over medium heat until gravy forms. (Add more liquid if needed). 6) add gravy to crockpot mixture and stir to combine. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. 7) add roast to crockpot and top with onions 8) peel carrots and cut into wide strips. Place on sides of roast 9) cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, until tender
