Marinated chicken skewers Marinated chicken skewers

Ingredients

    7 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    3 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
    3 tbsp Honey (Aunt Sue's Raw-Wild Natural)
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 clove Garlic
    Salt and pepper to taste
    0.5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon

Directions

Chop chicken up into cubes and place in bag, mix marinade and add to bag. Make sure all the chicken is coated with marinade. Let marinate for 1-2 hour or overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat grill Place the chicken on skewers and grill for 5-6 minutes each side until done. Serving Size: 2 3.5oz pieces
