    3 cans beans-pinto,navy, black, kidney. whichever beans you prefer
    1 can whole yellow corn
    1 can rotel tomatoes with green chilis
    1 can fat free chicken broth
    1 package taco seasoning
    1 package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
    1 pound of extra lean ground beef browned


Brown ground beef, drain off any excess fat.
add canned beans, canned corn including liquid, tomatoes, and chicken broth. Pour in taco seasoning and ranch seasoning. Mix thoroughly, bring to a simmer.
