    Imitation Alaskan King Crab, 12 oz
    Egg, fresh, 1
    * Whole Wheat Bread, 4 slices, low calorie Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Butter, melted, 2 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat, .25 cup
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 16 medium


Chop or tear 4 slices of lite whole wheat bread into small pieces and place in a large mixing bowl. Add milk, onion, celery, and spices, then mix in the melted butter. Chop the crab meat fine and add it to the stuffing.

Stem the mushrooms and place the caps about an inch apart on a large baking sheet. Spoon the stuffing into the caps and bake in 350 degree oven until the tops are lightly browned (about 35 minutes).
