    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup splenda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 cup water
    1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
    1/4 cup baking cocoa
    2-4 egg whites
    1/2 cup fat free milk plus 1 TBSP lemon juice
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp baking soda

    1/2 cup butter or margarine – fat free (this recipe uses I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light for nutrition info)
    1/3 cup whipping cream – reduced fat/light
    1/4 cup baking cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    3 cups powdered sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup finely chopped walnuts (opt) (not in recipe calculations)


In a mixing bowl combine the flours, splenda and salt. In a saucepan, combine water, applesauce, butter and cocoa. Bring to a boil, pour over dry ingredients and blend well. Add eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and baking soda. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 15x10x1 inch pan. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
Without frosting = 41 calories, .2 grams fat, 1.1 grams fiber = 1 WW point per slice for 28 servings

For the frosting, combine the butter, cream, cocoa and cinnamon in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until butter is melted and mixture is heated through. Remove from heat. Beat in sugar and vanilla until smooth. Stir in walnuts. Carefully spread over hot cake. Cool completely.

With frosting, 2 WW points per slice, with 26-28 servings.
With 12 servings, it is 5 WW points
with 16 servings, it is 4 WW points
With 20 - 25 servings, it is 3 WW points
