Introduction
This a real salad with greens ,fruit and fresh grilled Tuna steak.Tuna is a very mild taste especially when grilled rare,so even fish haters can enjoy this refreshing citrus salad. Ingredients

Mixed Salad Greens ( I like mesculin or baby spinach)
Mandarin oranges (canned work well)
Ruby Red Grapefruit, peeled & sectioned
Fresh Tuna Steak
3 tbs olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Directions
Grill Tuna steak until just seared on each side. You want it still kind of rare in the center.
Lightly toss citrus fruit & some of the juices with the salad greens. Reserve some fruit juice for dressing.
Cut the grilled tuna into thich slices or bite sized cubes and place on top of the salad.
mix olive oil, lemon juice and a little of the citrus juices and pour over the greens and fish.
