Ingredients

    1.0 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    0.5 tsp Baking Soda
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.5 tsp Ginger, ground
    0.5 tsp Salt
    15.0 tsp Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar - serving size 1/2 tsp (2g)
    3.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) Peaches, fresh
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.25 cup Canola Oil
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 cup Milk, 1%

Directions

Preheat oven to 3:50 Mix first 9 ingredients. Dice peaches and mix with flour mixture. Mix eggs, milk, oil and vanilla in seperate bowl and add to flour mixture. Do not over mix. Fill 18 muffin cups and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
