    Cornmeal, 0.5 cup
    Cornstarch, 0.75 cup
    Water, 1cup


Mix together the dry ingredients. Wisk together egg and water. Slowly wisk the dry ingredients into the egg mixture. Preheat a skillets (8" diameter) to medium heat. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Pour 0.25-0.33 cup of mixture into skillet moving the mixture around to evenly coat. Heat 1-2 minutes, flip, and heat other side 1 min.
