1 can GOYA Chick Peas (Garbanzo Beans)
1/2 bunch cilantro (fresh)

Directions
Whisk vinegar and oil. Soak onion and jalapeno in vinegar mixture 5 to 10 minutes then add remainder of ingredients chill.
